Apex and Bridge

Overview

Apex is a B2C platform built around a persistent Career DNA profile: a single picture of who you are professionally that powers every tool in the product: an AI resume optimizer, a LinkedIn content studio, a psychographic profiling suite and a job intelligence profiler. Bridge is the human side of the same idea, a career consulting practice in Athens that measures where you actually are with validated assessment models, agrees on a direction that holds up, and rehearses the conversations that decide whether you get the role.

Approach

   Apex: conceived the product, designed the full system in Figma and built it end to end.

   The psychometric layer implements IPIP-50 OCEAN and O*NET RIASEC with Holland Code mapping, scored, interpreted and fed into the profile that contextualises every AI output.

   The AI prompt architecture sits on the Claude API, with each tool drawing from Career DNA rather than generating generically.

   Billing runs on a feature-weighted credit system across four tiers, aligning credit cost with the compute intensity of each feature.

   Bridge: designed and built the practice's site around four services, career orientation, CV and LinkedIn positioning, interview preparation, and negotiation and conflict coaching, each anchored to validated instruments (RIASEC, OCEAN, Enneagram, MBTI-style inventories) explained in plain language.

   The site is structured as a method rather than a brochure: a free 15-minute intake call, an assessment session, direction and materials, then practice and follow-through, with evaluations, client outcomes and unedited testimonials carrying the proof.
